RB Bragantino made to trip to face Deportes Tolima on the final matchday of the Copa Sudamericana group stage. 

The game on 25th May was moved to San Cristobal in Venezuela due to the social unrest in Colombia. The designated home side took the lead on 37 minutes through Caicedo, but Ytalo levelled for the Brazilians four minutes later. The game looked to be ending in a draw, but Bragantino ended up finding a winner 10 minutes from time thanks to Lucas Evangelista. Bragantino's win and Emelec's lost to Talleres meant Bragantino finished top on 12 points and qualified for the last 16. Tolima came bottom with three points and did not win a single match.
